Anti-Inflammatory Herbal Tea

This tea is a blend of ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, lemon peel and apples.   Ginger and turmeric are among many other things, used in alternative medicine for their anti-inflammatory properties.   Cinnamon (and ginger) are warming spices that help improve circulation.   Apples and lemon peel complement the flavor and make it taste good, although I’m sure they’re healthy too.
