Anti-Inflammatory Herbal Tea



People are always asking if we have anything that’s good for anti-inflammation.   Well, we do now!   We have had trouble finding the right ingredients to make what we wanted, but the search is over.   This tea is a blend of ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, lemon peel and apples.   Ginger and turmeric are among many other things, used in alternative medicine for their anti-inflammatory properties.   Cinnamon (and ginger) are warming spices that help improve circulation.   Apples and lemon peel just make it taste good.
