The Survival Podcast is one of my favorite podcasts and over the course of time the host Jack Spirko has shared his recipe for his go-to herbal tea blend on the show – three parts peppermint, three parts chamomile, one part lemongrass, one part lemon balm and one part green tea. This makes a very agreeable blend that lends itself equally well to hot or cold drinking. For our regular customers, I would describe it as being very similar to a daytime version of our Rest & Relaxation tea.
We’ve been fortunate enough to get the green light to produce and sell this blend under the TSP banner. Jack has been a huge influence on me in the realms of herbalism, business and beyond. Not only do I recommend the tea, I highly recommend the podcast.
